I have been dieting recently for a show, and as you can see from my travels I am currently touring. A question I get asked A LOT which is becoming ANNOYING is, “Am I in season or contest shape?” Well read this reply: HELL FUCKING NO!!!! I am not in contest shape. Fact: When dieting that extreme as soon as you start eating within a week’s time you gain your weight back. How much depends on the individual. It is inhumanely possible nor do I care to try and stress myself out when traveling to maintain such a strict diet. So, for those of you that care to see me in CONTEST SHAPE then fly your ass to the USA when I’m dieting for a show. If not, deal with it!

I look good, full and strong. So, what if my six pack has been reduced to a four pack? It’s more than what you got. So what I don’t have vascular arms. I can still choke your ass out. Best of all I HAVE MY ASS BACK and will still BITCH SLAP YOUR ASS. Will you be disappointed… I doubt it seriously. My off-season is still less compared to others. So either see me as is or move the fuck on to someone else, but don’t go around throwing stones cause I throw them MFs right back at ya!

Aside from this little tirade everyone else have a good remaining week. I have some ass to kick while in Amsterdam… shit, it might be yours!!!!
