Attending the Arnold Fitness Expo is a lot work.

There’s a lot of preparation, not just for the competitors, but for those that are simply there to bask in the glory of being among those that love body builders, those that are body builders, and those that think they are bodybuilders. So, this past weekend I attended my first Arnold Fitness Expo…

I worked with She Muscle, of course, and a hot blond named Melinda Richards (the video is going to be HOT!). I also saw my girl Dominique Danger win gold in the Jiu Jitsu competition!

I took tons of photos with people I didn’t even know - but they sure knew who I was. I also met my all time favorite female body builder Lenda Murray. Now talk about getting a hard on, that woman is FABULOUS!!! I also partied my ass off which I’m still recouping from. Over all it was a good weekend…

You know the saying a “Picture is worth a thousand words”? That rings true when all you have to represent who you are, is just picture. I get it, I really do, that’s why I don’t like posting photos of myself when I am dieting for a show. Do I like the look, yes and no. Do I look my best? Again yes and no - it depends on ones individual preference. Will I look like that when you see me? More than likely… NOT. Trying to maintain that look is hard enough, now YOU try maintaining that look when you’re on the road, well you get the point. However, I will never fall short of representing myself as the SEXY MUSCULAR EBONY DOMINATRIX that I am. Be it contest shape or off season, I will always put my best foot forward. Although you may not be able to handle the intensity (cause I do bring it), you will enjoy what your seeing up close and personal.
