I have been dieting recently for a show, and as you can see from my travels I am currently touring. A question I get asked A LOT which is becoming ANNOYING is, “Am I in season or contest shape?” Well read this reply: HELL FUCKING NO!!!! I am not in contest shape. Fact: When dieting that extreme as soon as you start eating within a week’s time you gain your weight back. How much depends on the individual. It is inhumanely possible nor do I care to try and stress myself out when traveling to maintain such a strict diet. So, for those of you that care to see me in CONTEST SHAPE then fly your ass to the USA when I’m dieting for a show. If not, deal with it!

I look good, full and strong. So, what if my six pack has been reduced to a four pack? It’s more than what you got. So what I don’t have vascular arms. I can still choke your ass out. Best of all I HAVE MY ASS BACK and will still BITCH SLAP YOUR ASS. Will you be disappointed… I doubt it seriously. My off-season is still less compared to others. So either see me as is or move the fuck on to someone else, but don’t go around throwing stones cause I throw them MFs right back at ya!

Aside from this little tirade everyone else have a good remaining week. I have some ass to kick while in Amsterdam… shit, it might be yours!!!!

Well let me take off my orange hat (of course) to Holland for pulling that win against Germany. I bet those two Germans I met in Milan are not partying now! Anyhow, I love Amsterdam and not for its coffee shop’s but more for its openness about the lifestyle. I had the pleasure of working with Lethal Veronica and we once again made mince meat out of two victim… one is only 20 years old… just a baby.

My other shoot was with Ingrid Frost. Now at first glance one might not think much, but WOW, when the ball gets rolling so does Ms. Frost. She was nice enough to serve up a pain slut, and as you can see from our handiwork he took quite a beating. YOU AMERICAN PAIN SLUTS ONLY THINK YOU’RE HARDCORE… yeah right. We bruised his skin with a cane and a riding crop… and that was just the start. Then we burned his body hair with candles and even did a little needle play… DAMN you could hear the screams - which only drove us to deliver more.

Anyone think they can take a beating guess again… you ain’t shit. Oh yeah, we did a clip involving that too, but you’ll have to wait for the video…
