One Week to Max Muscle

FOCUS, DISCIPLINE, SOLITUDE and DETERMINATION are just a few words that comes to mind as my last week comes around the corner for my show. I am so excited and yes nervous but, 
I will continue to push forward. Any how, today I had a photo shoot a week out before my contest and to my surprise things went well. Though an amateur photographer I was very pleased with this slaves outcome now true enough the model is easy to work with yet he had some creative ideas and we clicked, making the shoot actually fun despite my lack of energy… well I may have another one next week, but if not, look for a few snap shots of the show and me in rare but PEAK FORM. Wow a week to go….
