There are not many shows that showcase top female bodybuilders which is a shame. Last year I had the pleasure of attending the Olympia - WOW! This year I will be attending the Arnold Fitness Expo, which in my opinion is the “who’s who” of fitness. Talk about a muscle lover’s dream! As I’m finding out there are many other promising events that take place such as power lifting (which I can actually say I know a few people participating in that). There is also the MMA Fitness Expo, you know my ass is going to be over in that area front and center. There is also a few strong man events so that will be interesting as well, such as BJJ and I think Grapplers Quest. Those are just a few of the events, as well as whatever body building show that I care to zone in on.

However, this is also a time for me to step back and enjoy. It’s a time when fitness enthusiasts come forth to show support. OK, who am I kidding, watching all the man candy walking around will be AWESOME too! Also I will be at the Muscle Pin Ups booth with Denise Masino and few other hot muscled gals showcasing our stuff. I will also be swinging by the Fit Treasures booth (how fitting, right?) and any other booth I can flex, pose, and snap a picture in. So am I Arnold ready? You tell me…

Define DIVA… Daring, Intuitive, Vivacious and Amazing! So when you get two DIVAS - ultra sexy and powerful with a sinister sense of humor - you get two egos that are trying to out do each other, but all in the name fun. Flame Diva was visiting in LA for the week and during the week we wore each other out (NOT the way your thinking). We trained hard and she taught me how to work my chest - and trust me her pecs can move. Aside from training, we did photo and video shoots and by the end of the night we were drained. OK, we partied some, who am I kidding!? So, in-between the shoot we decided to arm wrestle for dinner and see who’s the bad ass DIVA.
