Had to train in the evening - UGH - but you got to get it in when you can. No excuses. So after a good work out, and feeling pumped and sexy, I decided to do what I do best, be me and try on a few outfits for my next eager beaver. The only thing was I had a little wardrobe malfunction. But unlike Janet Jackson’s Super Bowl malfunction I won’t be getting any complaints. Don’t blink or you’ll miss it…

Once again your ebony goddess is on a quick stop tour, this time in not so sunny San Francisco. I figured “what the hell”, I’m looking good and feeling SEXY so why not flaunt it - if you have it and I have it…

Only thing is, just as I’m getting ready (as you can tell from the first clip), my eager beaver showed up. So I decided after an hour had passed to finish what I started and that was to flaunt my sexy ebony muscles!

It’s been long overdue but the new year is here and I’m looking to compete and get this sexy hard body back into shape after the long winter hibernation. Trust me, you’ll want to check me out, almost right off the stage of a show.

One flex of my hard biceps and your pathetic body will twinge with excitement. If that’s not your fancy - not to worry - I’ll wear my new snug strap-on to do the trick. And if that’s not your fancy, well then, I can be sexy haven’t you noticed?

The problem is that you can’t handle this sexy kitten with a muscled body and attitude to match. Come see me I’ll be waiting…

Since I have returned from the Europe I have been playing catch up on a few things and I have finally gotten my affairs in order. With that said, I am currently moving - and no, not to your city (or am I)?!

I just locked down a bigger place and have two willing slaves cleaning up, packing, and of course unpacking my belongings starting this weekend. Then I have school (UGH!!) this month till mid December. A drag no doubt.

I’ll also be gearing up for the 2012 body building season which includes me putting on some sexy female muscle. So watch out BITCHES! Step aside or you’ll get choked or squeezed out!

Once I have moved and finally settled in, I will start doing some webcam shows. As to where, not sure yet but I will let you know… Got a whole lot to spit out so, open your mouth and swallow… yeah you read right.

If at first you don’t succeed then try, try again - or so they say - right? Well during one of my recent tours, my Washington DC sissy slave decided she wanted to test her limits and try some trampling.

Now she can cook, clean, and give a great foot rub, but I do think my DC sissy bit off a bit more than she could chew. I guess she thought that I would tread lightly, when in fact anyone that has seen me knows, I PUSH ‘TILL I CAN’T PUSH NO MORE!

The end result was indeed a cracked rib. Oh well, she asked for it, and she still had to tend to her wifely duties…

Immediately after my FBB contest I hightailed it to Dallas, TX where I was hired as a model for a few projects and I decided to take a few appointments as well. It’s not every day those that admire and support me get to see me in this rare condition. Now some of you are thinking, why not travel and tour in that condition? I have said it before I will say it again, it is IMPOSSIBLE to travel in top physical form. So in the event you wish to admire your favorite muscled goddess during rare form, you will have to catch me on my terms.

The shoot itself was a collaboration of sheer sleek muscles, vascular veins and bulging biceps, along with hot clothes and high heel shoes to top of this dominant diva’s appearance…

It’s funny how you diet and train, and then stress yourself out worrying about all the little things that can and sometimes do go wrong when preparing for a bodybuilding show. You have 60 seconds to showcase the fruits of your labor before lining in front of the firing squad (I mean the judges).

When you step off that stage you sigh the biggest sigh of relief. It doesn’t matter how long or how little you’ve been competing.

After prejudging everyone is all smiles and ready.

Last year I competed at the IFBB North American and it was my first national bodybuilding show. Wide eyed and clueless as to what the outcome was going to be, I still managed to put my best foot forward.

After reading my critiques last year I made some changes and came to this year’s IFBB North American confident and prepared. It was a long four months of dieting and training, and though I still placed 6th again this time, I was a force to be reckon with! It’s a great feeling when strangers from the audience walk up to you after the show and state that you should have been placed higher.

Disappointments only equate to bigger, leaner and harder comebacks. I won’t be denied in 2012. Make no excuses only improvement.

I’m still fairly new to understanding the bodybuilding process with this only being my 2nd year as a competitor, but there is SO MUCH TO LEARN. You and the general public are clueless. There are stages for one prep - and often even though we try - we may forget something or miss something… CHRIST! All I can do is put forth my best package on stage on that given day, and say “How do you like me now?! My legs are my greatest asset and yet have been my weakest link in FBB… well they are no weakness any more…
